Dear brother,
Some of us are concerned about whether or not our churches are meeting the needs the guys in our fellowship. We have put together this questionnaire to ask your opinion about the issues man face.
I personally would appreciate your cooperation in this matter. It is my hope that your participation will help our denomination do better job in maturing, motivating, and using the men in our state organization.
